1. Payment: The client agrees to pay the agreed upon price for the life coaching package as outlined in the contract.
2. Refund policy: The client understands that there are no refunds for the life coaching package.
3. Confidentiality: The life coach agrees to maintain confidentiality of the client's personal information and coaching sessions.
4.Termination of coaching: Either the client or the life coach may terminate the coaching relationship at any time, with advance notice.
5. Intellectual property: The client agrees not to reproduce or share any materials provided by the life coach during the coaching process.
6. Limitation of liability: The life coach is not responsible for any actions taken by the client as a result of the coaching relationship and will not be held liable for any damages resulting from such actions.
7. Governing law: This contract shall be governed by the laws of the state of Washington.
8. Entire agreement: This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the client and the life coach and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
9. Severability: If any provision of this contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
